Central Labor Relations Commission Announces Survey Results
Top Priority: "A Healthy Organizational Culture Free from Discrimination and Harassment"

Labor relations experts have identified a "healthy organizational culture free from discrimination and harassment" as the most important factor in creating a workplace where employees want to work.

The Central Labor Relations Commission announced on June 8 the results of a survey conducted from May 8 to 15 among 1,434 public interest, employer, and employee committee members, as well as investigators. The commission is an administrative body that mediates and adjudicates disputes related to labor-management issues.
