According to reports from the UK’s Daily Mail and other sources on June 5 (local time), the Asbestos Diseases Society of Australia (ADSA), located in the northwest of Perth, recently appealed for public assistance, stating that they have been experiencing severe inconvenience over the past few months due to a woman repeatedly defecating in front of their building.

ADSA is a non-profit organization that supports victims of asbestos-related diseases. Employees expressed that they are under extreme stress, stating, "We witness shocking scenes every morning."

The woman in question first defecated near the exterior wall of the association’s building on December 8 last year and then left the scene. She repeated the same behavior at the same location on March 20, April 1, and again in May, totaling four incidents. In the CCTV footage released by staff, the woman appears in jogging attire at specific times, defecates near the building’s exterior wall, and then flees the scene, following a consistent pattern.

Initially, the incident was considered a one-off occurrence. However, as the behavior was repeated, the association recognized the seriousness of the situation and took action. Ultimately, the association posted a warning notice along with CCTV capture images of the woman on the building’s exterior wall, leaving a message asking, "If you know this woman, please report her."

Mental health experts have suggested that the woman may be exhibiting symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder or anxiety related to control. One expert explained, "This case is similar to the so-called 'poo jogging incident' in the past," adding, "Some patients act on a compulsive belief that something terrible will happen if they do not repeat certain behaviors."

Melita Markey, CEO of ADSA, stated, "Even though there are public restrooms and a gas station operating 24 hours nearby, I cannot understand why she continues to do this only in front of our building." She added, "This behavior goes beyond mere discomfort and could become a public safety issue, so we believe this woman definitely needs help. We can offer assistance, so please come forward and seek treatment."

A similar incident occurred in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. A woman repeatedly defecated in an alley while jogging, and a resident complained, "The same thing happened every week for seven weeks," adding, "Even though there is a public restroom nearby, she continues to defecate in public places."
