Through this agreement, customers with hearing and speech impairments can be connected to a dedicated consultation window at the corporation's call center via the Sonmaleeum Center (107). A communication relay agent will convert the customer's sign language or text messages into voice for the consultant, and after the consultation, the corporation will provide a summary of the conversation in text form.

This is a real-time communication relay service operated by Korea Intelligent Information Society Agency for the hearing and speech impaired, in which the customer's message is relayed to the consultant by voice.

With this agreement, the two organizations plan to collaborate in various ways, including operating a dedicated consultation window through the Sonmaleeum Center, providing housing finance education for people with disabilities, and strengthening activities and publicity to improve disability awareness within public institutions.

Kim Kyunghwan, President of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, said, "We hope this agreement will serve as a practical turning point in improving financial accessibility for people with disabilities," adding, "The corporation will continue to take the lead in creating an inclusive financial environment for everyone."
