This initiative was established to use idle spaces as venues for cultural and artistic activities, with the goal of expanding cultural solidarity within the local community.

Gwangsan District plans to select approximately five spaces in total, providing support of 3 million to 5 million won per location. The amount of support will be determined after a comprehensive review of the suitability of the cultural space and the feasibility of the project plan. Selected organizations will begin their projects in August.

Eligible applicants include organizations or resident groups of three or more people that either own or are actively using idle public or private facilities in the area, operate cultural and artistic programs for residents, and are committed to fostering community solidarity through space sharing.

Applications may be submitted in person or via email until 6:00 p.m. on June 19. For more details, applicants can refer to the district office website or contact the Department of Culture and Arts.
