Unique Events Set Apart Sales Marketing, "Cheongna Peak One Prugio" Draws Attention

Recently, sales marketing strategies have been evolving. Rather than simply promoting location and product features, companies are now introducing differentiated strategies through unique events that allow potential buyers to participate directly.


The "Visiting Coffee Truck" event by "Cheongna Peak One Prugio," which has drawn attention as the first project to be launched in the Cheongna International Business District in Incheon, is a prime example. This event sends a complimentary coffee truck to the winner's workplace among those who submit their stories. A banner announcing the coffee service in the winner's name is specially made and displayed on the truck. Applications for the event are open until Friday, June 20, and can be submitted through the official "Cheongna Peak One Prugio" website.


The first "Visiting Coffee Truck" event, held on Monday, June 2, generated significant excitement. The unique scene, rarely seen in everyday life, attracted the envy of passersby. In particular, event winners reported high satisfaction, saying they were able to share a new experience and create cherished memories with their colleagues. In addition, participants responded enthusiastically to the opportunity to experience a coffee truck gift, something usually reserved for celebrities.


A representative from the "Cheongna Peak One Prugio" sales team stated, "Customer satisfaction with this event, which offers a special experience, has exceeded our expectations. Through these new marketing initiatives, we have been able to approach customers more closely and provide information about the project more effectively."


In addition, "Cheongna Peak One Prugio" is currently hosting a short-form video contest under the theme "Our Home Balcony Life Challenge." Participants are invited to discover fun content using their own or a friend's balcony, upload a YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels video of less than 30 seconds to their personal account, and enter the contest, which runs until Sunday, June 29.


Prizes will be awarded based on the number of "likes" and an internal review, with cash awards planned for first through fourth place in each category. Specifically, the prizes are as follows: 3 million KRW for first place (1 winner), 2 million KRW for second place (2 winners), 1 million KRW for third place (3 winners), and 100,000 KRW gift certificates for fourth place (5 winners).


Meanwhile, "Cheongna Peak One Prugio," scheduled for launch in July, is a residential officetel located on Block B1 of the Cheongna International City business site in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The project consists of 1,056 units ranging from 84㎡ to 119㎡ in exclusive area. The name "Peak One" signifies the one and only position at the peak (PEAK) of Cheongna International City, encapsulating the value of its prime location within the Cheongna International Business District. Notably, it will be the first project in Incheon to feature indoor balconies, and as a residential complex within a fully developed international business district, it offers residents exclusive privileges from the moment they move in.
