The event was organized to encourage healthy physical activity among youth and to help them create enjoyable memories in nature, with more than 30 young participants taking part.

In addition to returning participants, the competition also saw families and youth who had participated in the 'Youth Harmony Festival' contest join, adding to the fun with a diverse range of ages represented.

The competition featured a trekking course of more than 4.5 kilometers. Participants started at Nari Basin, one of Ulleungdo's most famous tourist attractions, and experienced various routes that showcased the unique characteristics of Ulleungdo.

Officials from Ulleung County ran programs for those who completed the course, such as 'Trekking Certification' and 'Completion Certificate Issuance,' which increased participant satisfaction. Commemorative gifts were also provided to those who finished the trek.

County Governor Nam Hankwon said, "We will continue to develop and support a variety of cultural, experiential, and sports programs so that young people can grow up healthy and happy."
