0.2% Sales-Linked Cashback
for Monthly Spending Over 2 Million KRW
KB Kookmin Card announced on June 4 that it has launched the 'KB MyBiz Sajangnim Dundeun Corporate Card,' a card product specialized for individual business owners and franchise owners.
The card is available as a credit card, which provides cashback based on the KB Kookmin Card sales amount at the merchant, or as a debit card, which accumulates points based on the card usage amount.
The credit card offers a 0.2% cashback (up to 70,000 KRW per month) linked to the merchant's KB Kookmin Card sales amount if the cardholder spends at least 2 million KRW in the previous month. It also provides a benefit of 20% point accumulation (up to 30,000 points per month) for business expenses such as security and service fees, stationery, and office equipment.
The debit card provides a 0.2% Pointree accumulation on the amount spent, with no accumulation limit, regardless of the previous month's usage. If the cardholder spends at least 500,000 KRW in the previous month, they receive a benefit of 10% point accumulation for business expenses (up to 5,000 points per month). If the cardholder spends at least 1 million KRW in the previous month, the benefit increases to up to 10,000 points per month.
Both the credit and debit cards offer on-site discounts at Speedmate (for engine oil, tire, coolant replacement, etc.) regardless of the previous month's usage.
A KB Kookmin Card representative stated, "We have packed essential benefits for small business owners and designed the card so that the benefits increase as merchant sales grow," adding, "We believe this will help reduce the burden of merchant fees."
