'Your Taste' and 'Unknown Seoul' Among Korean Dramas Thriving on Netflix

Five Korean Dramas Rank in the Top 10
of Non-English TV Shows on Netflix

Korean dramas have gained worldwide popularity, securing top spots in Netflix viewership rankings. According to Netflix on June 4, five Korean dramas ranked in the top 10 of the non-English TV show category based on viewership figures collected from May 26 to June 1. Viewership is calculated by dividing total viewing hours by the total running time. Netflix introduced this metric to more accurately gauge the popularity of movies, mini-series, and other content with relatively short running times.
