Hollys Launches Two Summer Menu Items Featuring Watermelon and Melon

Hollys announced on June 4 that it is launching two limited-edition summer menu items featuring watermelon and melon.

First, Hollys is upgrading and reintroducing its 'Real Watermelon Fresh Fruit Juice,' which sold over 340,000 cups last year. The drink is made by blending whole watermelon for a refreshing taste and is topped generously with watermelon pieces.

The 'Round Melon Dome Cake,' released alongside, is a dome-shaped cake resembling a melon, featuring a light green glaze and a chocolate stem. The cake is visually reminiscent of a whole melon and is filled with melon curd and condensed milk for a sweet flavor.

A Hollys representative stated, "We are relaunching the popular summer menu item, 'Real Watermelon Fresh Fruit Juice,'" and added, "We also hope for much interest in the 'Round Melon Dome Cake,' which captures both the taste and appearance of melon, a fruit rapidly rising in popularity as a representative summer fruit."
