According to reports from the New York Post and The Sun on May 30 (local time), the incident occurred on May 25 on British Airways flight BA284 from San Francisco to London. During the flight, a male flight attendant, referred to as A, was discovered dancing naked in the aircraft restroom. At the time, there were 470 passengers and crew members on board.

A suddenly disappeared during the in-flight meal service. His fellow crew members found his sudden absence suspicious and began searching for him. Shortly after, A was found in the business class restroom, where he was dancing naked. The other crew members dressed him in pajamas intended for first-class passengers and restrained him in his seat for the remaining 10 hours of the flight. As soon as the plane landed at London Heathrow Airport, police officers who had been waiting in advance arrested A. With the assistance of medical staff, he was taken off the aircraft in a wheelchair.

A was transported to a hospital for treatment and then arrested on charges of "unfit for duty." He is reportedly under investigation after being released on bail. British Airways immediately suspended A and referred the case to the police. It is suspected that A committed these acts after consuming narcotic substances.

A crew member who was on board with A at the time said, "It seems he took drugs while on duty," adding, "It is truly unbelievable." Another source commented, "When we found him, he was already out of his mind," and described the incident as "extremely dangerous behavior."

A representative from the airline stated regarding the incident, "This is a very regrettable and shocking event," and emphasized, "We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding employee drug use."
