Global aesthetic medical device company Tentech announced on June 2 that it participated in the 113th Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery, held in Tokyo, Japan, from May 28 to 30.
The Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery event attracted around 80 companies and approximately 2,000 participants. Tentech showcased a variety of products, including its flagship medical device 'Tensurma,' to enhance brand recognition and strengthen its local network in Japan.
'Tensurma' is a monopolar radiofrequency (RF) aesthetic medical device with a maximum output of 400W and 6.78MHz. It delivers thermal energy to the dermal layer of the skin, providing a lifting solution that promotes collagen regeneration and improves skin elasticity.
The patented handpiece control and cooling system is designed to alleviate pain while ensuring stable procedures. This feature drew significant attention from Japanese medical professionals.
Tentech also participated in the '5 Continents Congress and Exhibition of Aesthetic Dermatology 2025,' held in Lisbon, Portugal, from May 29 to 31. World-renowned dermatologist Dr. Gold attended as a speaker and presented the clinical efficacy of Tensurma.
Dr. Gold explained, "Tensurma causes significantly less pain during procedures compared to traditional Thermage, while providing an equivalent level of lifting effect." The lecture, which was based on actual clinical experience, received considerable attention from attending medical professionals.
Since expanding overseas in 2022, Tentech has been chosen by medical professionals in more than 20 countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. The company has demonstrated its global stability and effectiveness by obtaining European CE certification, Taiwan TFDA certification in 2023, and U.S. FDA 510(k) certification in December of the same year.
