Five Proposed by Council Members, Eleven Submitted by the Mayor
The Asan City Council in South Chungcheong Province will convene its 259th first regular session from June 10 to June 27, embarking on 18 days of legislative activities.
During this session, the council is scheduled to deliberate on various items including ordinance bills and other agenda items, conduct the 2024 fiscal year settlement review, carry out the 2025 administrative audit, and present the results of the 2025 administrative audit.
The main schedule begins with the first plenary session on June 10. From June 11, each standing committee will review ordinance bills and other agenda items. From June 12 to June 16, the council will review the 2024 fiscal year settlement for Asan City and the execution of reserve funds.
Subsequently, the administrative audit will be conducted from June 17 to June 25, followed by the preparation of the result report on June 26. The session will conclude with the second plenary meeting on June 27.
There are a total of 16 ordinance bills and other agenda items, with 5 proposed by council members and 11 submitted by the mayor.
