The Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation announced on June 2 that it conducted the "2025 1st Hope Return Package Reopening Training" at Chungnam Startup Maru Nabi in Buldang-dong, Cheonan, over two days from May 29 to 30.

This training was part of the "Hope Return Package One-Stop Reopening Training," which supports small business owners who have closed their businesses or are about to close them. The program was operated under commission from the Small Enterprise and Market Service.

Approximately 30 small business owners from the province, either already closed or scheduled to close, participated in the training. Participants were eligible for a range of benefits, including the right to apply for Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation’s special guarantee for second-chance entrepreneurs, preferential limits when applying for reopening special guarantees, additional points when applying for reopening commercialization support, eligibility for the Foundation’s special funds for second-chance entrepreneurs, and preferential principal reduction rates under the Saechulbal Fund.

Chairman Cho Sohaeng stated, "We prepared this training to provide practical support for the recovery of small business owners in an economic environment where the closure rate is rapidly increasing," adding, "We will continue to support new beginnings for small business owners through ongoing reopening training and support in cooperation with the Foundation."

Meanwhile, the Hope Return Package Reopening Training is available to small business owners who have closed or are scheduled to close their businesses after January 1, 2022, and who are willing to reopen. The program will be offered every month until November, both offline (12 hours) and online (13 hours).
