This drill was carried out both inside and outside the grandstand, focusing on major areas where large numbers of spectators gather, in order to assess practical response capabilities.
A total of about 50 people, including Korea Racing Authority employees and fire officials, participated in the drill. They practiced the entire process as if it were a real emergency, from initial fire response and reporting, to suppression, rescue, and recovery.
LetsRun Park stated, "Due to the nature of our facility, which is visited by many people, we are strengthening our drills to minimize damage in the event of an actual fire. We will continue to enhance our on-site response capabilities and regularly review our cooperation system with related organizations."
Eom Youngseok, the head of LetsRun Park, said, "Through realistic drills, we have improved our crisis response capabilities. We will continue to protect the safety of citizens through regular fire drills and safety inspections."
