First Artera in Busan: Kumho Construction Launches Sales for Eco Delta City Artera

16 Buildings, 1,025 Units in Total

Kumho Construction's new residential brand, Artera, is making its debut in Busan.

On June 2, Kumho Construction announced that it is currently offering units for sale on a first-come, first-served basis at "Eco Delta City Artera," located in Block A24 of Eco Delta City, Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.

This complex will consist of 16 buildings, each with 2 basement levels and 16 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,025 units in 59m² and 84m² exclusive area types. As a private sector participation public sale project, the price ceiling system applies, and move-in is scheduled for March 2028.

Eco Delta City Artera is composed mainly of small and medium-sized units targeting actual end-users. The 59m² type accounts for approximately 63% of all units, and the project includes a significant supply of units under 60m², which are scarce in the area. Given that units under 60m² make up only 3.1% of the approximately 9,300 households in Eco Delta City, this supply is considered particularly rare.

The floor plans also focus on practicality. The 59m² C type features a powder room and a dressing room, while the 84m² A type includes a home bar, pantry, and multi-purpose room. All units are equipped with advanced systems such as wall pads and smart switches, and open glass balcony designs enhance the sense of openness.

Within the complex, residents will have access to a top-floor sky lounge and guest house, as well as community facilities including an indoor gym and indoor golf practice range. Family-oriented amenities such as a kids' room, small library, youth cultural space, study room, and shared care center will also be provided.

The transportation challenges previously cited as a drawback for Gangseo-gu, Busan, are expected to be resolved with new metropolitan transportation networks. Currently, the area surrounding the complex is planned to be served by the Gangseo Line (planned) and the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway (under construction). In addition, the "Eco Delta City Station" on the double-track railway is scheduled to open in the second half of 2028.

A Kumho Construction representative stated, "As this is the first Artera-branded complex to be introduced in Busan, we have thoroughly analyzed the region's characteristics and demand to create an emotionally resonant residential model optimized for Busan's unique lifestyle," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to grow Artera into a brand that goes beyond simple housing to add artistic value, based on our distinctive spatial philosophy and design."
