Regular Executive Promotions
18 New Partners and 2 Executive Directors
Korea Deloitte stated, "This is the first executive appointment since the organizational restructuring on June 1 last year. In response to the rapidly changing global economic environment and major transformations in industrial structure, we have focused on identifying outstanding talent to ensure sustainable growth and strengthen future competitiveness." The company added, "Under the four-division structure?Audit, Tax Advisory, Financial Advisory, and Consulting?we plan to further concentrate on enhancing 'customer-centric services.'"
This year's promotions included executives recognized for their quality management and service delivery capabilities for clients, as well as early promotions based on outstanding performance. Two men and one woman were appointed as executives through the 'fast track' promotion route. In the Financial Advisory division, new executives with industry expertise were selected to address rapidly changing market and client demands. In the Consulting division, several experts in digital transformation and operational innovation were promoted to executive positions.
Among the newly promoted executives, those born in the 1980s were predominant. This year, 65% of those promoted were born in the 1980s, a slight increase from last year's 63%.
Hong Jongseong, CEO of Korea Deloitte Group, commented, "In this era of major economic and industrial transformation, we have selected talented individuals capable of delivering differentiated growth through collaboration and integration as executives." He added, "At the group level, we will actively support their continued growth."
