Approximately 20 people attended the visit, including regulatory officials from seven Asian countries such as the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai-FDA), and the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (PH-FDA).

This visit was part of an on-site tour program commemorating the "2025 One Asia Cosmetics Regulatory Innovation Forum" hosted by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The "2025 One Asia Cosmetics Regulatory Innovation Forum" serves as a venue for regulatory officials from various Asian countries and domestic cosmetics industry representatives to discuss regulatory innovation and cooperation. The event has been held annually since 2014, and this year it took place at COEX in Seoul from May 28 to May 30.

The Kolmar Korea General Technology Center is the first integrated research institute in Korea that combines research laboratories for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and health functional foods. During the visit, regulatory officials from the Asian region had the opportunity to communicate directly with Kolmar Korea’s management and toured the main research facilities of the General Technology Center.

Kavita Satashivan, Director of the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia, stated, "Visiting a company that I had often encountered through documents and witnessing its technological capabilities firsthand has made me trust it even more. I could clearly feel that the secret behind the success of K-beauty, which is highly popular in Asian countries, lies in such robust research and development capabilities."

Choi Hyunkyoo, CEO of Kolmar Korea, said, "I expect that this visit will serve as an opportunity for Korean products exported to various Asian countries to leave an even better impression. We will continue to strive to further strengthen the status of K-beauty in the global market based on our world-class technological capabilities and our know-how in achieving mutual growth with our clients."
