Mediazen, a company specializing in voice artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI, will resume stock trading on the KOSDAQ market on June 2.
Song Minkyu, CEO of Mediazen, stated, "I deeply apologize for the concerns caused during the suspension of stock trading," and added, "We will do our utmost to restore shareholder value." He continued, "We will treat the resumption of trading not as a simple return, but as a starting point to repay market trust with a heightened sense of responsibility."
CEO Song emphasized, "We have established proven competitiveness in the fields of generative AI and AI edutech, based on our accumulated research capabilities and technological expertise." He added, "We will become a company that demonstrates results, with technology, validation, and marketability as our three pillars."
Mediazen views the resumption of trading as a turning point for restoring market trust and normalizing business operations, and aims to strengthen responsible management. The company will focus on generative AI and edutech sectors, leveraging its core technologies such as speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and natural language processing (NLP). Mediazen has pledged to enhance shareholder value through tangible business achievements.
Mediazen supplies generative AI solutions equipped with features such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversation summarization (CallSum), and voice chatbot functions, all based on its proprietary large language model (LLM) 'MIRAGE.' Business-to-business (B2B) projects, including AI contact centers (AICC) and automotive navigation voice assistants, are gaining momentum. In the automotive sector, the company has secured a stable revenue base through collaborations with global enterprises in both domestic and international automotive markets.
The edutech business is also progressing smoothly. AI education solutions incorporating proprietary technologies?such as pronunciation assessment (SpeechPro), grammar correction (GrammarPro), and vocabulary assessment (VocaPro)?are expected to make significant contributions to this year’s performance. Mediazen is also pursuing global expansion, including the domestic market, through a joint venture with the world-renowned AI company iFLYTEK.
