Sharing Industrial Status and Discussing Business Cooperation

The Gyeongbuk Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a meeting with the Hebei Province Federation of Industry and Commerce from China at 3:00 p.m. on May 30 in the conference room on the third floor of the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they discussed ways to promote industrial cooperation and economic exchange between the two regions.

The meeting was attended by Yoon Jaeho, Chairman of the Gyeongbuk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Guo Shuangli, Director of the Hebei Province Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other key officials from both sides. The agenda included introductions and welcoming remarks, viewing of a promotional video about Gumi, a Q&A session, and a commemorative photo.


Director Guo Shuangli expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality received in Gumi and stated, "I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome in Gumi. I hope this meeting will serve as an opportunity to further enhance communication between Hebei Province and Gumi, and lead to practical business cooperation in various industries such as steel, electronics, and petrochemicals."


In response, Chairman Yoon Jaeho said, "I hope this meeting will result in tangible outcomes for economic exchange between our regions, and I look forward to expanding our relationship beyond economic cooperation to include cultural exchange, fostering a sustainable partnership."


Meanwhile, the Gyeongbuk Chamber of Commerce and Industry plans to use this meeting as a stepping stone to strengthen its exchange channels with Hebei Province, and will continue to develop tailored cooperation strategies and build networks to support local companies seeking to enter the Chinese market.
