Daebang Construction announced that it will begin first-come, first-served sales for the remaining units of "Dietre Deriche II in Buksuwon Imok District" starting tomorrow (May 31). Located in Imok-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province (Imok District A3BL), this complex will consist of a total of 1,744 units and features an excellent building coverage ratio in the 12% range, attracting strong interest from genuine homebuyers. The complex is designed with nature-friendly elements such as a fountain garden and forest path park, offering a higher level of lifestyle where residents can enjoy nature within the city. In addition to its landscaping, the complex will feature a variety of community facilities and an impressive parking capacity of 2.1 spaces per unit, positioning it as a new premium residential complex in Suwon.

With a combined total of 2,512 units across phases 1 and 2, "Dietre Deriche II in Buksuwon Imok District" stands out as one of the largest apartment complexes in Jangan-gu, Suwon. It is expected to offer excellent liquidity based on strong demand from genuine buyers and high rental demand. In addition, with only a 5% down payment required at contract signing and the ability to resell units before the scheduled move-in date in 2028, the complex is also considered to have strong investment value.

Furthermore, the "Contract Safety Guarantee Program" is in place, which retroactively applies any changes in contract terms?such as sales price discounts or free options?to existing buyers if such changes occur after contract signing. This is intended to allow early buyers to confidently secure their preferred floors without concern.

Within Imok District, which is planned as a mini-new town with approximately 4,200 units, a large-scale business and commercial area is also planned, ensuring an excellent residential environment. In addition, residents will have convenient access to established infrastructure in the surrounding old city, including "Starfield Suwon," "Lotte Mart Cheoncheon Branch," "Manseok Park," and "Suwon Sports Complex." This allows residents to enjoy both the pleasant new town infrastructure surrounding the complex and the solid infrastructure of the nearby old city center.

Notably, the complex is within walking distance of Sungkyunkwan University Station (Subway Line 1), and will be connected to a metropolitan transportation network in the future, including the "GTX-C Line (under construction)" and the "Shinbundang Line extension (Hwaseo to Gwanggyo Jungang, under construction)," both accessible within one stop. The "Indeogwon-Dongtan double-track railway Station 106 (tentative name, under construction)" is also planned to be within walking distance, providing excellent future value thanks to improved access to major downtown areas in Seoul.

Additionally, the complex is adjacent to the Buksuwon IC, allowing for convenient access to key Gangnam areas such as Sadang and Yangjae in about 30 minutes by car, making it highly suitable for commuters to Seoul. Nearby, the planned Buksuwon Technovalley?a future AI knowledge industry belt and R&D Science Park?will be established as part of a semiconductor cluster with a total floor area of approximately 352,600 square meters, further enhancing the area's value as a future-oriented residential-work complex for advanced industries.

The complex, constructed by Daebang Construction, will be built with 1,744 units adjacent to the previously pre-sold 768-unit Phase 1, creating a "Dietre" brand town in the Imok-dong area of Jangan-gu, Suwon. The model home is currently open in Seodun-dong, Gwonseon-gu, near Suwon Station.
