After using AI to write resumes and self-introduction letters and participating in practical job interviews, Silla University (President Heo Namsik)'s University Job Plus Center has completed the '2025 Dream Start Employment Camp.'
The University Job Plus Center at Silla University announced on the 30th that it operated the '2025 Dream Start Employment Camp,' a practical, job competency enhancement program for 20 third- and fourth-year students preparing for employment, at Gyeongju Gangdong Resort over two days from the 23rd to the 24th.
This camp featured a range of programs reflecting the latest recruitment trends, including a special lecture on AI-based resume and self-introduction letter writing to improve self-expression skills, practical mock interviews with current HR managers, and a successful employment strategy project competition. All programs were tailored to strengthen practical job-seeking skills.
One participating student expressed satisfaction, saying, "This employment camp was a small journey and the first step toward a big leap for us. It was an opportunity to reflect not only on our understanding of the job but also on why we chose this path. I gained confidence through the mock interviews and the various programs conducted during the camp."
Jang Heejung, head of the University Job Plus Center at Silla University, said, "This employment camp was designed as a practical program essential for students preparing for employment, and we will continue to provide diverse support for students' career paths and job searches."
