The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on May 30 that it had invited collaboration expert Dr. Eunki Yoon to deliver a special lecture titled "Create through Collaboration in the Era of Initials and Initial Risk" at the 1687th Friday Breakfast Forum.

The forum, held in the Convention Hall on the third floor of the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel on the same day, emphasized the importance of collaboration through topics such as: ▲Initial risk management ▲New civilization after the Fourth Industrial Revolution ▲The era of human-robot coexistence ▲Who are the new talents and new leadership? ▲Collaboration lessons from golf ▲The era of dramatic reversals and how the MZ generation is changing the world ▲Collaboration in work and product development ▲The arrival of great opportunities.

Dr. Yoon is currently the president of the Korea Collaboration Promotion Association. He has served as director of the Central Officials Training Institute and president of Seoul School of Integrated Sciences and Technologies. He has appeared on EBS's "World of Occupations," MBN's "Easy-to-Understand Economic Stories," TBS and KBS radio broadcasts, and has published numerous books including "Create through Collaboration," "365 New Economic Mindsets," and "Charm is Competitiveness."

Chairman Yang Jinseok stated, "The era of unlimited competition and winner-takes-all is over. As we enter an era of convergence for mutual growth, Gwangju, as a city of art, should make collaboration with art and culture a core strategy for creative management. This will help member companies strengthen their organizational culture for the MZ generation, adopt new management practices, enhance collaboration, expand market reach, and boost global competitiveness."
