Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs Proclaims "Labor-Management Win-Win Cooperation Joint Declaration"

The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs announced on May 30 that it has proclaimed a "Labor-Management Win-Win Cooperation Joint Declaration" with its labor union to establish a cooperative labor-management culture.

The proclamation ceremony for the "Labor-Management Win-Win Cooperation Joint Declaration" was organized to build a cooperative labor-management relationship based on the institution's sustainable development and mutual understanding among its members.

Director Youngshin Kim and Chairman Donghun Ji signed the joint declaration, adopting and exchanging a statement that includes the following key points: fostering a labor-management culture without conflict; improving working conditions and enhancing a sense of community; establishing fair personnel management and a culture of work-life balance; protecting human rights in the workplace and eradicating harassment; and fulfilling social responsibility through ESG management.

Director Youngshin Kim stated, "With this joint declaration, a foundation has been laid for the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs to become a trusted public institution," adding, "We will continue to realize the value of win-win cooperation between labor and management."

Chairman Donghun Ji also said, "I hope that labor and management will listen to each other's voices and create a healthy organizational culture based on genuine partnership."
