GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 29th that it has won the public redevelopment maintenance project for Jung-hwa 5 District, valued at 649.8 billion KRW.
The contract partner is Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), and the contract amount is equivalent to 5.05% of the company's recent sales. The contract period is 50 months from the commencement date of demolition work.
