"Preparing for Your Newlywed Home with Experts"... Zigbang Launches Customized Apartment Recommendation Service

"Preparing for Your Newlywed Home with Experts"... Zigbang Launches Customized Apartment Recommendation Service

Real estate platform Zigbang announced on May 29 that it has launched a property recommendation and consultation service tailored to the requirements of tenants and buyers, in collaboration with its partner agents.

The core of this service is that customers can receive a variety of property suggestions that match their individual criteria. The initial target audience is newlywed couples searching for apartment listings in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. Consultation requests can be made through the "Find My Newlywed Home" banner on the Zigbang and Hogangnono applications.

Partner agents propose lists of recommended apartment complexes and properties in the areas of interest, taking into account a range of factors such as the customer's budget, desired floor area, location preferences, and whether they have pets. In addition, step-by-step consultations are provided throughout the entire process, from property visits to the final decision. During the contract stage, support is offered for contract drafting and review, as well as consultation on special terms that require coordination with the landlord or seller.

Zigbang expects that customers will be able to receive property recommendations suitable for their circumstances and requirements with a single request, thereby reducing the time and effort spent searching for listings. Another advantage is that customers can receive consultations at their preferred time through the mobile, non-face-to-face consultation service "Agent Live."

Songwoo Ahn, CEO of Zigbang, said, "Through this customized service, which enables detailed consultations at each stage of the home search process, we aim to provide a more efficient housing selection experience for a wide range of customers, including newlywed couples."
