On May 29, CJ CheilJedang announced the launch of its new convenient coin broth product, "Baeksul Yuksueneun 1MinuteRing BajirakMyeolchi." This product features a deep and refreshing flavor by using domestic clams and anchovies as main ingredients. Additionally, it contains various vegetables such as kelp, onion, and radish.
A representative from CJ CheilJedang stated, "Following the popularity of the two products?anchovy dipo-ri and beef bone?first released in December 2023, we have now added the BajirakMyeolchi product," adding, "It is well suited for dishes such as kalguksu, kongnamulguk, miyeokguk, and sundubujjigae."
"Baeksul Yuksueneun 1MinuteRing" is shaped like a ring with a hole in the center, allowing it to dissolve quickly in boiling water in just one minute. In addition to soup dishes, it is also highly versatile for stir-fry recipes that require a short cooking time.
