Lee emphasized, "There is a saying that voting is stronger than bullets. This current insurrection can only be overcome through the participation of our citizens in voting." He took part in early voting with four young people. Lee explained, "The reason for voting together with young people is that Korea should become a country led by youth again, and I hope this presidential election will be the starting point for that."

After early voting, Lee is scheduled to hold a meeting with startup representatives and then appear on the YouTube current affairs program 'Maebul Show' to discuss political and social issues. Maebul Show is a popular YouTube program with over 2.5 million subscribers and average daily viewership of around 2 million per episode.

Later in the afternoon, Lee will meet with voters from the three Gangnam districts (Seocho, Gangnam, Songpa), and around 5 p.m. he will visit the Seoul Express Bus Terminal. This location is a so-called 'triple' transfer station where Seoul Metro Lines 3, 7, and 9 converge, and is also a bustling commercial area with large shopping centers such as Shinsegae Department Store and Famille Station, making it possible to meet a large number of voters. In addition, it is a hub where people from all over the country gather, as it connects the Gyeongbu and Yeongdong expressways and the Honam Expressway terminal. Lee will conclude his day by visiting the Gwanak, Dongjak, and Geumcheon districts.

Meanwhile, through social networking services (SNS) on the same day, Lee announced a climate crisis response pledge, stating, "We need an integrated control tower that can practically solve the climate crisis while also addressing social and economic issues," and pledged to establish a Ministry of Climate and Energy.

Lee said, "We will bring together the energy functions of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the climate functions of the Ministry of Environment to comprehensively formulate and implement climate crisis response policies." He also stated, "We will foster the carbon-neutral industry as a new growth engine." In addition, he announced, "The Presidential Commission on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth 2050 will be made into a practical public participation body for a 'just transition.'"
