TossAds Hosts "Blue Wonderland" Conference for Partner Agencies

Sharing Strategies and Collaboration Cases with Advertising Industry Professionals

Toss announced on May 29 that it had invited its major partner agencies to the "Blue Wonderland" conference for its advertising service, TossAds.

Toss held the conference the previous day at Crest72 in Jung-gu, Seoul. Approximately 50 agencies, including Nasmedia, MezzoMedia, and Incross, attended the event. From Toss, speakers included Kyuha Kim, Chief Business Officer; Hyungbin Kim, Head of Advertising Business; and Sunhwa Choi, Head of Advertising Division. They shared the vision and growth strategies of TossAds.


Kyuha Kim, Chief Business Officer, stated, "TossAds is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Toss," and explained the differentiation of its advertising strategy based on user behavior data, which TossAds aims to pursue.


Hyungbin Kim, Head of Advertising Business, gave a presentation focused on the platform's growth journey, its evolution into a strategic media channel, and the importance of communication and building trust with agencies.


From the entertainment side of The Black Label, a case study on the comeback campaign of the K-pop girl group MEOVV was presented. The campaign was planned around keywords related to cats and targeting teenagers. By precisely targeting customers using Toss first-party data, the campaign achieved higher engagement and conversion rates compared to traditional media-focused campaigns.


Various programs were organized to allow agency professionals to participate directly, such as Q&A sessions and targeting games, enabling a more intuitive understanding of the core features of TossAds and the advertising product roadmap.


A Toss representative stated, "We will continue to work closely with our partners to provide even more innovative advertising experiences in the future."
