to Foster Convergent Talents and Regional Publishing Experts

The Convergence Talent Development Project Group at Jeonju University (President Park Jinbae) announced on May 28 that it has joined hands with Yeokrak Publishing (CEO Lee Daehyun) and the Korea Electronic Publishing Cooperative (Chairman Lee Daehyun) to lead the cultivation of convergent talents and regional publishing experts.

The signing ceremony was attended by Lee Yonguk, head of the Convergence Talent Development Project Group at Jeonju University, Lee Daehyun, CEO of Yeokrak Publishing and Chairman of the Korea Electronic Publishing Cooperative, as well as five representatives from the three institutions.


Through this agreement, the three organizations have pledged to cooperate closely in the future to foster convergent talents, including: mutual cooperation for nurturing Jeonju University students as digital publishing experts; comprehensive mutual cooperation for the planning and operation of educational programs; and mutual cooperation for extracurricular lectures and commissioned education for students.


Lee Yonguk, head of the project group, stated, "This agreement is an important starting point for laying the foundation to foster convergent talents who will lead digital innovation and publishing culture based on regional resources. We will continue to work closely together to establish educational programs for cultivating digital publishing professionals."


Meanwhile, through its Convergence Talent Development Project, Jeonju University is nurturing convergent talents who contribute to digital innovation and the creation of future value from regional resources.
