On May 23, the '2025 Youth Employment Policy Supporters Appointment Ceremony' was held at the convention room on the second floor of the Busan Northern Employment Welfare Plus Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The event was attended by Min Gwangje, head of the Busan Northern District Office of Employment and Labor, officials from the University Job Plus Centers of Silla University and Dongseo University, and supporter students from each university.
Silla University appointed 17 students as supporters. From June to December, over a period of six months, these students will plan and implement various promotional strategies for youth employment policies designed to increase interest and participation among young people.
The supporter students stated that they will maximize the effectiveness of their activities by directly experiencing youth employment policies and by planning initiatives based on their visits to outstanding local companies and the insights they gain from these experiences.
Min Gwangje, head of the Busan Northern District Office of Employment and Labor, said, "I expect that, through the supporters program, young people will be able to directly contemplate youth issues and research solutions, enabling the development and promotion of youth-friendly policies that truly reflect the realities faced by young people."
