Holt Children's Services (President Shin Misook) announced on May 28 that members of singer Jin Haesung's official fan club, Haeseong Sarang, donated 3 million won to support children from families in crisis in need of emergency assistance, in celebration of Jin Haesung's birthday on June 4.
Since 2022, Haeseong Sarang has consistently engaged in sharing activities together with Holt Children's Services. In May 2024, the fan club was appointed to Holt Children's Services' high-value donor group, Top Leaders, and has since joined as an honorary leader promoting the value of sharing and leading a culture of giving.
The cumulative donations, totaling approximately 14.5 million won to date, have been used to support the living expenses, medical care, housing, education, and psychological and emotional needs of children from families in crisis. The fan club's warm acts of kindness in honor of Jin Haesung's birthday have continued each year, further emphasizing the meaning of sharing.
A fan club member who participated in the donation said, "I am happy to celebrate Jin Haesung's birthday together and to be part of such a meaningful cause," adding, "It is very rewarding to be able to share our warm hearts again this year, following last year's efforts."
Shin Misook, President of Holt Children's Services, stated, "I am grateful for the meaningful support from Jin Haesung's fan club, who have become a source of hope for families and children in urgent need of assistance." She added, "Holt Children's Services will continue to do its utmost to protect families so that those facing crises can overcome their difficulties."
Through Holt Children's Services' "Special Donation" campaign, individuals can practice sharing in celebration of their favorite artist's birthday or their own special occasions (such as a child's first birthday or a wedding anniversary). All donations are used with care to support children and families in need.
