This safety and health forum was organized to encourage voluntary safety and health activities at industrial sites in the Busan region, to provide a platform for sharing and communicating information on industrial accident prevention, and to promote continuous safety and health activities. The event was attended by more than 150 participants, including Min Gwangje, head of the Northern Branch, and safety and health officials from the Busan Northern Region Manufacturing Safety Council.

The forum featured a practical program, beginning with training on workplace response guidelines for heat illness prevention. It also included sharing of safety and health accident cases within the manufacturing industry, benchmarking of outstanding cases of risk assessment and win-win cooperation, and sharing of methods for establishing safety design within workplaces, enabling participants to engage in effective safety and health activities.

Jeong Jongdeuk, head of the Busan Regional Headquarters, stated, "Through this forum, we were able to create a platform for communication where safety and health officials could freely share opinions and cases related to industrial accident prevention." He added, "The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency will continue to provide various opportunities for workplaces of different industries and sizes to narrow the gap in safety and health activities and reduce industrial accidents."
