On May 27, the Chosun University Office of External Cooperation announced that it had signed a business agreement with MomsStay Co., Ltd. to establish an 'Accommodation Matching Platform' aimed at providing a stable living environment for international students.

The agreement, which was signed on May 22 in the Global Seminar Room of the International Hall at Chosun University, was designed to help international students enrolled in the Chosun University Korean Language Institute and degree programs find convenient and safe accommodation near the campus, and to improve the settlement satisfaction of long-term international students.

Under the agreement, MomsStay Co., Ltd. will create a dedicated search page for international students and support the overall platform, including providing accommodation information and operating the reservation system.

Chosun University plans to actively promote the platform through various publicity channels, including the university website, share demand information on a quarterly basis, and cooperate to match international students with suitable accommodation.

Both institutions plan to expand their services in the future to cover all aspects of international students' lives, including securing dedicated accommodation for international students and providing settlement support information in the Gwangju area.

Kim Hyunwoo, head of the Chosun University Office of External Cooperation, stated, "Housing stability is a key factor in academic adaptation and settlement for international students," adding, "This agreement will serve as a foundation for our university to become a student-friendly campus for international students."

Lee Seungwon, CEO of MomsStay Co., Ltd., said, "Based on our know-how in operating accommodation platforms, we will do our best to ensure that Chosun University international students can enjoy a convenient and safe life."
