'SM Jasoseo JET' has been organized as part of the University Job Plus Center project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and supports current students preparing for the first half recruitment season in writing their self-introduction letters.

Specialized consultants for each job category have been invited to meet Sangmyung University students one-on-one, providing direct feedback and coaching on their self-introduction letters. Applications can be made via the Sangmyung University Career and Employment Integrated Support System (SM Challenge e-Portfolio), and a total of 40 participants will be selected.

A representative from the University Job Plus Center stated, "We hope that through 'SM Jasoseo JET,' students will develop the self-expression skills required in the job market," and added, "We will continue to support students’ successful transition into society through various programs such as interview preparation, NCS, certification courses, and job analysis."

Meanwhile, Sangmyung University received a commendation from the Minister of Employment and Labor for its contribution to promoting youth employment, and achieved the highest 'Excellent' rating in the performance evaluation for operating the University Job Plus Center.
