This event was designed to foster a culture of integrity within the organization and to raise staff awareness of integrity. Through a variety of activities in which all employees directly participated, the institute strengthened its commitment to practicing integrity.
'BLOOM' serves as both a symbol and a code of conduct for integrity, which the institute emphasizes.
B (Build): Building trust, L (Listen): Listening to each other's voices, O (Open): Keeping an open mind, O (Own): Participating with a sense of responsibility, and M (Move): Changing together?these are the values encapsulated in BLOOM.
During the campaign, the institute carried out a range of participatory integrity activities, including: producing banners with integrity messages and promoting them in the local community; creating badges with staff pledges for integrity; conducting the 'Empathy Image Card' integrity activity; producing a self-made mini-book to improve awareness of power harassment; hosting an OX power harassment quiz game; and organizing the 'Step Together Communication Run.'
In particular, the institute made significant use of its characters 'Kkuma' and 'Bodeumi' to increase staff engagement and naturally convey the meaning of practicing integrity.
Director Kim Sunok stated, "Voluntary participation from all members is most important for a clean and healthy public service culture," adding, "We will continue our efforts to foster a culture of integrity involving all staff members."
