On May 27, Korea Investment & Securities announced that it will be recruiting university students who have an interest and passion for finance for the first class of the 'BanKIS Buddy' supporters program until June 8.
'BanKIS Buddy' is a university student supporters program that carries out various activities such as creating SNS content and planning campus marketing, all centered around 'BanKIS', Korea Investment & Securities' online-exclusive account. The activity period runs for about four months, from July to October, and any university student nationwide is eligible to apply.
All participants will receive a certificate of completion, a monthly team activity allowance, and a supporters kit. In particular, outstanding participants will be granted practical recruitment benefits, such as exemption from the document screening stage and opportunities for experiential internships during future open recruitment at Korea Investment & Securities. Additionally, participants can complete financial education and take part in a mentoring program with senior professionals in the field, thereby deepening their understanding of the securities industry and receiving career counseling opportunities.
Park Jaehyun, Head of the Retail Customer Group, said, "We hope to make BanKIS more familiar and widely known through the perspectives and creative ideas of the MZ generation, and we look forward to the active participation of many university students interested in finance."
