The district plans to operate seven free shuttle buses connecting to subway stations from May 28, when the strike begins, through May 30. The shuttles will run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. If the strike ends early, shuttle bus operations will be suspended immediately.

There will be three routes: ▲ Namgajwa-dong and Bukgajwa-dong to DMC Station and Jeungsan Station (Temporary Route 1, 2 buses); ▲ Namgajwa-dong and Bukgajwa-dong to Gajwa Station and Sinchon Station (Temporary Route 2, 3 buses); ▲ Seodaemun District Office to Hongje Station (Temporary Route 3, 2 buses). Information about the shuttle bus routes will be provided in the notice section of the district office's website.

In addition, Seodaemun District will minimize inconvenience and confusion for residents by shortening village bus intervals, flexibly extending operating hours, and providing information through social networking services (SNS), the official website, and text messages.

Lee Seongheon, head of Seodaemun District Office, stated, "We will make thorough preparations, including implementing special transportation measures, to minimize inconvenience for residents caused by the city bus strike."
