Doosan Construction, which was selected in the Power Brand category at this year's Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, is introducing "Doosan We’ve The Zenith PyeongnaeHopyeong Station N49" in Namyangju City. This marks the first time the "Zenith" brand is being launched in Namyangju.
Doosan We’ve The Zenith PyeongnaeHopyeong Station N49 will be built at 660-6 Pyeongnae-dong, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province. The development consists of three buildings, ranging from five basement levels to a maximum of 49 above-ground floors, and will include 548 apartment units as well as commercial facilities. Its outstanding location, innovative design, and pleasant residential environment have attracted significant interest from potential buyers.
This complex features innovative design and architecture befitting the Zenith brand. The signature rooftop structure, which emphasizes sculptural beauty, and the use of dual-pane windows without balcony railings maximize the sense of openness. Doosan Construction's advanced high-rise construction technology is concentrated in the design of this 49-story landmark tower.
The complex is equipped with "HomeNiq," a cutting-edge smart home system that further enhances residential convenience. This service not only provides basic smart home functions such as energy management, community facility reservations, visitor vehicle registration, and appliance control, but also allows residents to easily access a wide range of daily life services, including checking management fees, requesting repairs, participating in group purchases, and managing community gatherings.
The community facilities have also been differentiated. A fitness center, screen golf, lounge, small library, and daycare center are among the diverse amenities that support residents' leisure and activities and help foster a sense of community.
The complex boasts a prime location just a two-minute walk from PyeongnaeHopyeong Station. It offers excellent access to downtown Seoul via the Gyeongchun Line, and the nearby Pyeongnae IC on the Suseok-Hopyeong Urban Expressway makes travel to northeastern Seoul convenient. In addition, with the planned opening of the GTX-B line in 2030, commuting time to Seoul Station is expected to be reduced to around 20 minutes. Sarungcheon Stream flows in front of the complex, and abundant green spaces such as Yakdaewool Sports Park, Hopyeong Sports and Culture Center, Cheonmasan Mountain, and Baekbongsan Mountain are nearby, allowing residents to enjoy a nature-friendly lifestyle within the city.
The educational environment is also a key advantage. Excellent schools such as Pyeongdong Elementary, Hopyeong Middle, and Hopyeong High are within walking distance, as is the Hopyeong-dong academy district. The area also boasts rich living infrastructure. An Emart is located on the north side of the complex, and Megabox, a community center, and a post office are all within a 10-minute walk. Furthermore, with the decision last year to establish a public hospital with more than 300 beds in the Baekbong District, the medical infrastructure is expected to become even more robust.
