Jangseong County in Jeonnam announced on May 25 that it is operating the "Healthy 100 Years Exercise Class" for residents in cooperation with the National Health Insurance Service.
This program consists of various physical activities, including stretching, strength training using small equipment, and line dancing, and is conducted under the guidance of professional exercise instructors.
The county health center is also providing health management services such as nutrition counseling, exercise prescriptions, and smoking cessation education to support residents in leading healthy lives. The exercise class takes place every Wednesday and Friday at the Health Promotion Room of Jangseong County Health Center and will be offered until November. County Governor Kim Hanjong stated, "We are grateful for the support from the National Health Insurance Service," and added, "We will actively support our seniors so they can enjoy a vibrant later life."
