The Daejeon Tourism Organization announced that the large sculptures of Kkumdori and Kkumsuni, which were installed at Hanwha Life Ballpark in Daejeon on May 9, have become very popular among visitors to the stadium.

The 12-meter-tall sculptures, installed as part of the "Hello Dreamers!" collaboration event between Kkumdori and the Hanwha Eagles, are providing fans visiting the ballpark with a unique experience and have quickly become a signature photo spot at the stadium.

The sight of Daejeon's iconic mascots, Kkumdori and Kkumsuni, standing on top of a cake, evokes the image of Daejeon as the "city of bread" and is receiving an enthusiastic response from younger visitors.

The sculptures can be viewed daily until May 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m., the lighting is turned on, offering a different charm for nighttime viewing compared to the daytime.

The organization is also running a "Capture Kkumdori" social media event, where participants who follow the Daejeon Night Tourism Instagram account and upload a verification photo with the sculptures will be entered into a drawing to win Kkumdori×Hanwha Eagles collaboration uniforms and dolls.

Yoon Sunguk, President of the Daejeon Tourism Organization, said, "I hope that cheering for the Eagles together with Kkumdori and Kkumsuni will become a special memory for fans visiting the stadium and a symbol of good luck for the team."
