Jison, a company specializing in advanced security products, is accelerating its entry into the global market. The company reported export sales of approximately 900 million KRW in 2023, and announced that last year it achieved export results in the 2 billion KRW range, nearly double the previous year's figure.
As overseas demand for Jison's security product lineup continues to grow, the proportion of exports in total sales is also on the rise. Jison is responding to global security needs with its 'Alpha' series, which includes the always-on wireless bug detection system 'Smart-D', the wireless backdoor hacking detection system 'Alpha-H', and the always-on illegal filming detection system 'Alpha-C'.
Among its product range, the eavesdropping and wireless backdoor security products utilize the company's proprietary technology for precise analysis of radio frequency signals. The illegal filming security products also incorporate technology for analyzing heat sources, earning recognition as innovative products previously unavailable in the market.
Jison is expanding its overseas exports, focusing on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Since 2022, the company has built a track record in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Botswana, and is now entering new markets in Europe and North and Central America based on this foundation. In Saudi Arabia, Jison is expanding digital cooperation with domestic companies through events such as 'LEAP 2025', and its eavesdropping security equipment is already in operation locally, further increasing the potential for export growth in the Middle Eastern market.
Jison is strengthening its export competitiveness through the technological sophistication of its security solutions and localization strategies. The company collaborates with a variety of local partners in each country to provide customized security consulting and optimal solutions tailored to regional characteristics, thereby building customer trust and facilitating market entry. Last year, Jison participated in major security exhibitions held in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, France, and Poland, and this year, the company plans to continue promoting its products and strengthening its global network through various channels.
A Jison representative stated, "Our products go beyond simple detectors to offer a one-stop 'detection-analysis-response' solution that can prevent damage from threats in advance. Amid rising digital security threats such as cyberterrorism and hacking, we are receiving significant attention in the global market," adding, "Based on our technological competitiveness, we will enhance the credibility of 'K-security' technology and expand our overseas sales channels."
Meanwhile, Jison plans to complete the process of transferring its listing to KOSDAQ in the first half of this year through a merger with Kiwoom No.8 SPAC, and will continue to pursue the signing of strategic global partnerships to further expand its presence in the global market.
