On May 22, Asea Paper, an industrial paper manufacturer, announced that it will be holding an open recruitment for university graduate office management employees.

The positions being recruited this time are in production management and machinery. Production management roles include establishing production schedules, managing performance, improving processes, and reducing costs. Machinery roles involve maintenance of factory equipment lines and management of factory facilities. Applications can be submitted via the official Asea Paper website or through recruitment platforms such as Saramin and Jasoseol.com. The application period runs until midnight on June 3.


Final candidates will be selected through a document screening, an interview with working-level staff, an executive interview, and a health examination. Successful candidates at each stage will be notified individually. The workplace is the Siwha plant located in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province.


The start date is scheduled for mid-June. After completing orientation training, final candidates will be assigned to their respective departments. Those hired through this open recruitment will be intensively placed in core business areas to drive business innovation. Eligibility is limited to graduates with an engineering-related major from a four-year accredited university. Candidates with experience in the paper industry or strong foreign language skills will be given preference.


Established on March 7, 1958, Asea Paper is the largest industrial paper (corrugated board paper) manufacturer in Korea and is listed on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI). Last year, on a consolidated basis, the company recorded assets of 1.0265 trillion won, sales of 891.1 billion won, and operating profit of 26.6 billion won.


A recruitment official stated, "We actively welcome applications from local university graduates, as part of our commitment to expanding youth employment opportunities in the area where our business is located."
