Osan City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Oh! Happy Rose Light Festival' at the Dolmen Park in Geuman-dong for nine days, from May 24 to June 1.
This festival is an event where visitors can stroll among blooming roses in the park and enjoy culture, art, and relaxation. The venue will feature a variety of rose-themed photo zones, as well as experience booths, a flea market, and a food zone. Additionally, a 'Rest Zone' will be operated at the venue, providing a space for relaxation beyond just exhibition areas.
The city expects that many families will visit on weekends, so it will temporarily open the parking lot of Moon Si Middle School nearby and has recommended that visitors use public transportation.
Lee Gwonjae, Mayor of Osan, said, "This festival is an event where you can relax comfortably in a park filled with the scent of roses," adding, "I hope all citizens can laugh together and create memories that reflect the season."
