The program is held once a week and is divided into two sessions (Tuesday group and Thursday group), taking place at 10 a.m. in the exercise therapy room of the Boseong County Health Center.
Participants receive systematic exercise instruction in small groups with a 1:6 instructor-to-participant ratio, tailored to each individual's fitness level and health status.
The Boseong County Health Center operates the AI-based body analysis device 'Real PT' at all times. On days without in-person classes, participants are encouraged to engage in self-directed exercise using workout videos provided via smartphone.
'Real PT' is available free of charge to all county residents, and even simple exercises can be effective for posture correction and physical fitness improvement. In addition, a 1:1 personalized consultation service is offered through an open chat room, supporting ongoing exercise management.
An official from the Boseong County Health Center stated, "We hope this program will help reduce risk factors for obesity and chronic diseases and contribute to spreading a culture of healthy practices among residents," adding, "We will continue to do our best to foster an environment that encourages healthy living in the community."
Meanwhile, the Boseong County Health Center is recruiting participants for the third (Tuesday group) and fourth (Thursday group) sessions of the 'Medical 600 1:6 Small Group Exercise Class,' which will run for 10 weeks starting June 23, with applications accepted until June 13.
