Nudge Healthcare's Mental Healthcare Platform "Trost" Sees 140% Surge in Psychological Test Users

Nudge Healthcare's Mental Healthcare Platform "Trost" Sees 140% Surge in Psychological Test Users

Trost's depression-related psychological tests consist of three categories: the "Depression Test," which calculates a depression index score; the "Self-Esteem Test," which provides a score for self-esteem; and the "MBTI Depression Test," which reveals depression rankings by MBTI type. The number of users for each depression-related psychological test in March increased by approximately 99%, 169%, and 655%, respectively, compared to January.

This rapid growth in user numbers was largely driven by the acquisition effect of Trost by Dain, a subsidiary of Nudge Healthcare. Dain recently acquired Trost, the leading non-face-to-face psychological counseling platform in Korea, and has since accelerated efforts to stabilize Trost's operations and improve service quality. Following its acquisition of Dain, a company specializing in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), last year, Nudge Healthcare expanded further this year by acquiring Trost through Dain. The company officially launched "Nudge EAP," an integrated mental care platform that covers both B2B and B2C services, thereby completing the strongest integrated mental health management portfolio in Korea.

The integration with Nudge Healthcare's flagship health management app, Cashwalk, also contributed to the increase in Trost users. With the Trost service now linked within the Cashwalk app, users can easily access depression tests, self-esteem tests, and MBTI depression tests as part of their daily routines.

The services integrated with Trost in Cashwalk include not only psychological tests but also a variety of content designed to promote mental well-being, such as sleep music, inspirational quotes, and audiobooks. This comprehensive approach to mental care has improved user accessibility and is believed to have contributed to the actual increase in test usage rates.

Song Seungkeun, CEO of Nudge Healthcare, stated, "Since the acquisition of Trost by our subsidiary Dain, operations have become more stable, and the integration with Cashwalk has made it easier for users to access the service, resulting in a noticeable increase in test usage. Going forward, we will continue to enhance our services so that more users can systematically manage their mental health through a variety of psychological solutions."
