Multilingual Services Including English and Chinese
Visitors from 63 Countries During Test Launch Period

LF announced on May 21 that its fashion brand HAZZYS has newly launched its official global online store.

Following the launch of its domestic official online mall, HAZZYS.com, HAZZYS has recently opened a global website. The site offers multilingual services in English and Chinese, and the company plans to actively expand its online touchpoints with overseas customers through this platform.


The global site is built on the simple and intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the existing HAZZYS.com, with additional features tailored for global customers. Users can access brand content in various languages, including global store locator, flagship store news, and global campaign archives.


In countries such as the United States, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Singapore, which have previously shown high overseas traffic to HAZZYS.com, customers can now have major HAZZYS products delivered directly to them. The list of countries eligible for delivery will be gradually expanded.


HAZZYS expects that the global site will serve as an online flagship store, providing overseas customers with an easy gateway to experience the brand. During a two-week test period, visitors from 63 countries accessed the site, and new member registrations occurred in 7 countries. According to the English site statistics, the highest visitor proportions were from Vietnam, the United States, and Indonesia, in that order. For the Chinese site, the top countries were Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong.


Additionally, the global site is expected to function as a data hub that precisely analyzes customer data by country and accumulates insights, as well as serve as a key base for concretizing the brand's global strategy.


A HAZZYS representative stated, "With HAZZYS having evolved into a global casual brand, the launch of the global site enables us to communicate directly with customers in even more countries. During the test opening period, we saw visits from over 60 countries, and we are encouraged by the strong interest shown even in countries where HAZZYS has not yet entered."


Meanwhile, HAZZYS is accelerating its global expansion, focusing on Asia, including China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. This spring and summer season, the brand is simultaneously running its iconic global campaign in major overseas markets, and this year plans to actively enter new markets such as India and the Middle East.
