Linked with Seoul's 'Car-Free Jamsu Bridge Festival'
Global live broadcast on the 25th... Goteo and Sebitseom Tourist Special Zone
The 13-member boy group SEVENTEEN, celebrating their 10th anniversary, will hold a commemorative performance this weekend at Seoul's Jamsu Bridge. This marks the first time a K-POP artist will officially perform at Jamsu Bridge.
Seocho-gu, Seoul, announced on May 21 that the 'B-DAY PARTY: BURST Stage@Jamsu Bridge' concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. on May 25 in the vicinity of Banpo Hangang Park and Jamsu Bridge.
This concert is being held in conjunction with the city's 'Car-Free Jamsu Bridge Ddubeok-Ddubeok Festival.' The performance will last for about one hour and will be broadcast live online to audiences worldwide. Fans attending the event can enjoy the concert together via large LED screens installed throughout Banpo Hangang Park.
Various pop-up zones celebrating SEVENTEEN's 10th anniversary will also be set up. From May 23 to May 25, the Sebitseom area will feature a 'SEVENTEEN History Zone,' an interactive mobile game experience zone called 'Puzzle SEVENTEEN' created with direct participation from the members, an 'Interactive Message Zone' where fans can leave congratulatory messages for the 10th anniversary, as well as photo zones and other diverse booths.
Seocho-gu expects large crowds and will conduct joint safety inspections with relevant agencies. On the day of the concert, the district will also provide support to ensure the safe return of attendees.
The area around Jamsu Bridge and Sebitseom, where the concert will be held, was designated in December 2024 as Seoul's eighth special tourist zone, known as the 'Goteo·Sebit Tourist Special Zone.' The area features a concentration of tourism infrastructure, including the Express Bus Terminal, Shinsegae Department Store, Sebitseom, Banpo Hangang Park, and the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain.
To further vitalize the tourist zone, Seocho-gu is operating a K-fashion & beauty experience zone every Sunday until June 8 in the underground passage connecting Express Bus Terminal Station and Banpo Hangang Park.
Seocho-gu Mayor Jeon Seongsoo stated, "We hope that this concert will help the Goteo·Sebit Tourist Special Zone become a leading tourist destination in Seoul, attracting both domestic and international visitors."
