Second Consecutive Year at Computex
Jensen Huang: "Isn't HBM4 Truly Beautiful?"
SK Hynix and NVIDIA Partnership Strengthened
SK Hynix has landed in Taiwan, riding the wave of Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. By showcasing its latest high-bandwidth memory (HBM) technology, which even received a 'love confession' from CEO Huang, the company demonstrated its status as a member of the 'NVIDIA ecosystem.' This is an aggressive move to solidify its leadership in the HBM market.
SK Hynix launched its presence at 'Computex 2025,' Asia's largest IT exhibition, held at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, Taiwan, from May 20 to May 23. This marks the company's second consecutive year participating in the event.

SK Hynix exhibited its latest HBM4 (6th generation) and HBM3E (5th generation) 12-layer products alongside the NVIDIA Blackwell GB200. Since the HBM models supplied by SK Hynix are integrated into Blackwell, this arrangement appears to emphasize its 'NVIDIA partnership.' In March this year, at 'GTC 2025,' a technology conference hosted by NVIDIA in the United States, SK Hynix unveiled HBM4 samples for the first time.
As with last year, SK Hynix set up a relatively small booth. Given its strong hold on NVIDIA as a major client, the setup reflects a nuance of 'no lengthy explanation needed.' On the day before the exhibition opened, SK Hynix President Kwak Nojeong attended CEO Huang's keynote speech, demonstrating the close relationship between the companies. During CEO Huang's booth tour the previous day, Kim Joosun, Head of AI Infrastructure at SK Hynix, personally welcomed him.
CEO Huang visited SK Hynix as the final stop on his booth tour, examined the HBM4 samples, and exclaimed, "So beautiful!" On the copper plate containing the HBM4 and HBM3E samples, he left handwritten messages such as "JHH Loves SK Hynix!" and "One Team," along with his signature, and encouraged applause from visitors by chanting 'SK Hynix.'

In addition, the SK Hynix booth attracted visitors' attention with memory solutions designed for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers, on-device applications, and automotive sectors. The company also showcased DDR5 memory for data center servers, developed in collaboration with Intel and Gigabyte, as well as the LPCAMM memory module for AI PCs.
An industry official commented, "SK Hynix's joint exhibition of HBM3E products and Blackwell chips serves to demonstrate its competitive edge in the market. While presenting memory solutions optimized for the AI industry, the company will further strengthen its market leadership through a 'One Team partnership' centered around NVIDIA."
