The Ministry of Economy and Finance's Lottery Commission and Donghaeng Lottery, the lottery consignment operator (CEO Hong Deokgi), announced on the 20th that they held the "2025 Lottery Sound Culture Campaign" at Cheonggye Square, Gwanghwamun, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The Lottery Sound Culture Campaign is conducted year-round for adults aged 19 and older in order to prevent excessive lottery participation and to foster a healthy lottery purchasing culture.
This campaign provided accurate information to raise awareness about lotteries, including prevention methods for excessive lottery participation and warnings about lottery number prediction services, in collaboration with the Integrated Supervisory Commission for Speculative Industries, the Korea Center on Gambling Problems, and the Korea Consumer Agency. Citizens checked for excessive lottery involvement through the Gambling Problem Self-Diagnosis (CPGI), and experienced various programs such as the Lottery Sound Culture Quiz and prevention games to learn how to enjoy the lottery in a healthy way.
