Hwasun County (Mayor Koo Bokgyu) announced on the 20th that Dongbok Nonghyup (Chairman Kim Jeongsu) and Sinan Aphae Nonghyup (Chairman Cheon Seongtae) established a cooperative system for mutual regional development through a mutual donation ceremony for the Gohyang Love Donation Fund held at Hwasun County Office on the 19th.

This mutual donation is being recognized as a model case of regional coexistence, as it aims to expand the attraction of Gohyang Love Donation Fund contributions and promote mutual development between rural regions through voluntary solidarity and cooperation between the two Nonghyup branches.

Continuing from last year, Dongbok Nonghyup donated 3.3 million won to Sinan County, and Aphae Nonghyup donated 3.3 million won to Hwasun County this year, reaffirming their commitment to ongoing cooperation.

In particular, Hwasun Dongbok Nonghyup has taken the lead in promoting and boosting consumption of local agricultural products by providing "Bulminari Injinssuk Juice" as a return gift for the Gohyang Love Donation Fund.

Kim Jeongsu, Chairman of Dongbok Nonghyup, stated, "Last year, the return gift system for the Gohyang Love Donation Fund helped expand consumption of local agricultural and livestock products, which directly led to increased income for farming households." He added, "We will continue to actively take the lead in mutual donations to further vitalize the Gohyang Love Donation Fund."

Cheon Seongtae, Chairman of Sinan Aphae Nonghyup, emphasized, "It is very meaningful to participate in the Gohyang Love Donation Fund through mutual donations with Dongbok Nonghyup again this year, following last year." He continued, "We will continue to explore various ways for Nonghyup to grow together with the local community."

Koo Bokgyu, Mayor of Hwasun County, commented, "This mutual donation between Nonghyup branches is an excellent example of practicing the values of coexistence and cooperation between regions that the Gohyang Love Donation Fund aims for." He added, "The county government will continue to cooperate so that the Gohyang Love Donation Fund can go beyond simple donations and provide practical help in promoting the consumption of local agricultural products and revitalizing rural communities."
